    These chips are great for smoking your meat and give a dense and full flavour taste through the meat. Looking forward to trying trout and salmon with these chips with a honey glaze.

    I must say these chips are great due to not needing large amounts to get the desired effect and offer dense smoke flavour in the pork I used it on. Look forward to testing on some game meat.
