Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of us receiving your returned package. In many cases however you will receive your full refund far more quickly however this does largely depend on the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (up to 5 to 10 business days).
All returns need to be shipped to Boss Hogg and the Duchess of Pork PO Box 552, Mornington VIC 3931. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about your return. With a quick heads up we can ensure the returns process is both a simple and smooth process for you!
Shipping
We can ship anywhere in Australia and all orders are charged our incredibly low flat rate shipping fee so you can shop as much or as little as you like, knowing you're getting the very best products at incredibly low prices and best of all, you won't be hit with any nasty surprises at checkout!
We make it our priority to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday because we too want you grilling with your new BBQ goodies as soon as humanly possible! If for some unforeseen reason shipping is delayed or an item in your order is unavailable we will always try and notify you same day directly. We want to make sure you are happy with the outcome in these rare situations, so you'll be given the choice to wait for the item to return in stock, swap it for something else you're interested in or receive a full refund. Whatever you choose, we've got you covered!
Australia Post is our partner of choice for most orders, typically delivering within 1 to 6 days within Australia depending on your location. We are Melbourne based, so anywhere in Victoria and Metropolitan areas across the east coast has your order on your doorstep within just a few days which we think is pretty cool!
For larger and heavier items, such as BBQs, we use courier services such as Couriers Please and TNT which also deliver in 1-6 business days, depending on location. If you happen to live outside Melbourne Metro and would like your GMG Ledge or Peak delivered, simply Contact Us and we will get back to you as soon as humanly possible (usually within 24 hours, sooner where possible) with shipping options and quotes.
